Ok so I had asked a question earlier about my 2000 Saturn always turning off. Well it finally died on me and I am positive it is the mass air flow censor.

Just to add to this one if you entered the correct model there is no mass air flow on that car. Most common reason for dieing and not starting and starting when cooled is a bad crank shaft position sensor. You would loose spark you can test it with a multi meter.
