Getting a high iddle when driving down the road when I put the clutch in, it will idle up a bit then it will go down to 1 and 1/2 grand untill I come to a stop then it will idle down to normal. Do you thing I need to take the TBI off and clean it real good?

The idle rpm's go up while moving that's normal on a stick shift the rpm's get kicked up otherwise when you let off the gas to shift the rpm's would drop too low. You said the rpm's go back down to normal when your not moving that is the computer bringing them back down. That isn't a sticking throttle plate or a sticking idle air control valve. From what you describe sound's normal.
