Starting and pure gas milage

When out door temp is above around 40 deg you have to push gas pedal down (clear fluld) to get it to start. Temp around 30 deg or less it startes.
Any help?

what do you mean by clear fluid?

Just to add to this one if you have to hold your gas pedal to the floor to start it i would replace the coolant temp sensor.Also inspect the terminals on the inside of the coolant temp sensor connector if there green ir blue instead of silver you will have to replace the connector as well.Really common on the S model saturns to have bad coolant temp sensors.
