THE BLEEDER IN THE REAR RIGHT BRAKE CYLINDER POP...

The bleeder in the rear right brake cylinder pop out while driving which caused the car
to lose brake fluid. The car was had maintenance just 2 weeks ago. How is this possible?

Brake bleeders don't just "pop" out on their own. What is the rest of the story here?
