You have the quad four engine all I would do is chang the spark plugs then.

Why dosen't this car have wires to go to the spark plugs?

There is coil packs that have a spark plug boot I call it that connects the coil to the plug.I would just replace the plugs you can replace the wires/boots if you want. If it was my car I wouldnt change them unless they were giving me trouble.
