Is their clips or something that holds in the power window?

I am thinking of buying this car and the guy said the clips were broken and that its an easy fix but im not sure

Is the window not working? Or is the switch not working? Or you select the switch and you can hear the motor turning but the window isn't moving?

I have attached a couple of things for you. The clips shouldn t be that bad to change. I have attached a pic of them and the regulator. Also, a video on how to change. I would first take apart to see what you need as you can drive with the door panel off. That way you are sure of the problem. Also, I would purchase a couple of door panel Christmas trees as most of the time they brake when you are taking the door panel off. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RFJS6qBaQx8
