My engine (I think) stutters and doesn't gain great speed on acceleration. It happens more often when it has warmed up but happens very often, almost every time I accelerate. Slow acceleration is best. I've had the tranny rebuilt recently (less than a month ago), mass air flow sensor cleaned, and new engine mounts. I'm getting ready to purchase a new MAF sensor, and looking at new spark plugs and ignition coil. Could these last items be the problem?

Hello,

An engine can hesitate on acceleration due to a number of reasons. It could be for a clogged fuel filter, weak fuel pump, vacuum leak, worn spark plugs, as well as dirty throttle body or faulty mass air flow sensor.
So, you did take the right steps to get the MAF cleaned.
Inspect the spark plugs for wear and gap.
It might be a good idea to do tune up, if it hasn't been done in a while.
