AC and rear defogger buttons not working or lighting up

The climate control module is working fine except for those two buttons and the middle temperature blend switch (that changes air from cold to hot.) I have checked the fuses twice and replaced the climate control module twice (with used parts) and the same issue still persists. I noticed that I do not hear the temperature blend door when I turn the knob from cold to hot but hear something move when I change the settings from feet to face or windshield.

First, used parts are never a good idea. There is no history for the part.

It sounds like the blend door motor is bad for the ac to heat.
As far as the lights, it may be a wiring issue.

I suggest a shop to at least verify the failure. Dont throw anymore parts at it till you know the actual failure.
