406 wont start after valves and timeing belt kit changed

My fan belt frayed and got tied up with the timeing belt I have replaced 3 valves put a new timeing belt kit on but it still wont start has anyone any clue to why?

Check if the valve timing is off-180deg

If the valve timing is okay-look for fuel and spark
