Getting fuel trim bank 1 trouble code

My car keeps giving me a code that says fuel trim bank 1 and I dont know what to do I changed my spark plugs because I heard that could have been a problem please help it dont fill like it misfireing and its at 1000 rpms what should I do

Trim codes indicate the engine either running rich or lean, depending on the code. Many possibilities including vacuum leaks, mass air flow sensor, fuel pressure issue and pcv valve.
Anyway, I would not guess at this as guessing is expensive and usually wrong. It would be cheaper to have it diaged correctly and then decide to fix it yourself or have a shop do it.
