transmision overdrive not shifting propperly. when driving car at normal temp normal speed car tends to bog down as if no power almost like an catalic converter or or fuel problem. fluid is full; and new filther with fluid.

The loss of power can be caused by many things. Check the catalytic converter, fuel pressure... Also, if it hasn't been tuned up for a long time, it may be time. Finally, you titled this as transmission. If the Torque converter clutch (TCC) is bad, it could be sending the vehicle into OD too soon. Consequently, you will experience a huge power loss. You may want to have that checked.
