I replaced my starter and now my truck shakes like crazy like it wants to break down what did I do wrong or is this just another problem and how can I fix it. Could it be my o2 sensors

If it happened right after starter change I would assume you did something that has altered your engine performance. How long have you drove since the change?

My truck had possibly the same shake. I replaced the ignition coils and it ran fine.
