I need to manually close my moonroof and was told that I need to access the moonroof/sunroof motor which is great. If I had a clue as to how to properly remove the access panel to do this. I am unable to afford the $1500 that the Ford dealership wants to repair it at the moment, I just want it closed so I am no longer in danger of being rained on. :(

Naturally there is nothing listed in the owners manual on how to manually close the moonroof or how to even get to it LOL! Could you please provide directions on how to do this?

I am attaching the info on the motor but yes. You need to access the motor and then use an allen wrench to turn the motor manually.

In order to do this, you need to remove the headliner, so these instructions are included as well.

Please run through this info and let me know what questions you have.

Thanks
