Electrical problem

Does the ac and transmission share the same circuit on a 2000 navigator. Bad Votage Regulator overcharged and now trans will not go in drive and ac clutch will not engage. Already replaced computer. Checked fuses and relays

Its a shame you replaced the computer. Did you have it flashed? Thats required before anything will work.
No, the trans and ac do not share the same wiring. You need help from a shop to track this down. Hard to do here without seeing it.
