2000 Honda Other problem relate to petrol meter

My car problem is that when I stop the car and turn the engine off the petrol meter start the decrease continuously till it reach zero although the tank is still full of petrol due to that I have to start the car many time to turn the engine on again.
please send me the answer for this as soon as possible. Thanks

Meters requires power source to work and when ignition is turned off, the needle might return to empty, depending on the type of gauge used. It does not affect difficult starting. You should be checking the fuel pressure.
