We have replaced the blow motor and the blow meter resistor and we are not getting any air coming through the vents. Why wouldnt the air, neither hot nor cold, be coming through?

Check yoru actuators also pull fuse to hvac for 60 seconds then reinstall it may fix your problem. Check for a vacuum leak as well as there are 2 vacuum and 1 electrical acturator they are on passenger side

Your actuators one is for temp and another or two will be for direction. As well as a VACUUM leak like said in first postif the vacuum motor doesn't get vacuum or is leaking you wont' get direction
