My 3.8L windstar was running rough so friend OBD tested and came up with 4 codes. PO306, cylinder 6 misfire. All plugs were fouled but #6 very bad. PO171 and 174 system lean. PO453 evap emission pressure sensor switch high. Is PO453 the cause of running lean and fouled plugs.

No, evap system is separate system.

I would start with compression test and replace the plugs.

171,174 may be low fuel pressure, vacuum leaks, pcv valve or mass air flow sensor.
