Flushed, back flushed, and reflushed. Thermostat replaced. Still no heat. No leaks either. Whats the problem? Blew a small amount of heat for 5 mins then nothing again.

Actuator is working. Clicking as it turns though. Could it be the door itself?

Removed actuator. Ran car & manually moved door. No problems there. Still blowing cold. Could there be any seal problems ( therm housing, water pump, etc. ) But I have no leaks anywhere. Car has no overheating problems. Flushed and now water runs clear & coolant is clean & maintains level. And why doesn't any dealer know that the whole dash doesn't have to come out to remove core? It has a door under ther the dash behind the black foot cover. It has a motor on it. Could that be my problem?
