Hello, on my dodge stratus one of the brake lites is a little dimmer then the other lite. Wat could dat mean?

That bulb is faulty and needs replacing, the contacts/wires are bad or a grounding wire is loose/corroded.

You could take actual voltage at brake lites and compare readings. Maybe dirty bulb or lens? Faulty voltage or ground?
