How so I put the timing back in place?

If anything was rotated with timing belt off, possible engine damage could occur. Line up the timing marks in the diagram. Start at the crank gear, install counter clockwise. The crank gear mark lines up with mark on the oil pump housing, should line it up before you took belt off. If camshaft timing mark is off, rotate to nearest timing mark. Don't rotate camshaft 360 degrees, engine damage could result. Note the diagram.
