Engine does turn over with starter. Does not fire. Fuel? Timing chain?

The fact that it shut off at 70 indicates loss of fuel pressure or spark. You say it wont crank? Is the battery fully charged?

My mechanic says timing chain. Is that fixable or are valves and pistons possibly damaged
