P0401 - Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) Flow Insufficient

Check the EGR valve and where it attaches to the intake for carbon build up. Clean as necessary.

The code you posted was actually PO410 which is a problem with the secondary air system. That is the air pump system and it will have to be troubleshooted. They have a lot of problems with the pumps themselves but don't just assume that.
