2000 Chevrolet Cavalier help me

Last winter I didn't drive my car. But once every couple weeks I started it and the one day I reved it a little bit and the service light came on. Now the day time running lights, dash lights, dome light and trunk light all quit working. I replaced the DLR relay in the fuse panel in the end of the dash on drives side and it didnt help. Checked all fuses, and bulbs, all are good. Can someone please help

Have a pro scan for codes may be a body module issue

Well I put a code reader on it and there was no codes. I don't know what to do now.

Your coe reader will only read engine and trans code no others a pro has to scan this.
