Windshield wipers on 2000 Chevy Blazer

I was tryng to defrost may windshied n my 2000 chevy blaze & I turned on my wipers a couple of times. I could hear the motor & they moved slightly then the motor quit. The cruise & the "mist" function still work but no wipers. Where is the fuse box?

On a 2000 it is either under the dash on the driver's side or on the side of the dash when you open the door. If you have the owner's manual, it will show you where to look.
