I replaced battery and alternator and battery still loses voltage while driving car could it be a bad crank sensor? What could cause the draining battery please help, what is next?

You need to check if the voltage from the alt is getting to the battery. Check that first using a volt meter. With the engine off, the battery will produce around 12 volts. When you start it, you should see 14+v at the battery. If you don't check the fuseable link between the battery and alt. If it is bad, it won't charge the battery.
