when i drive the car and i hit a bump the steering wheel and the car****** to the left. what is wrong.

Does the car drive straight down the road?Does it only go left when hitting bump's?

If it drive's straight and doesn't pull and only does this when you hit a bump most of the time i have found when customer's complain about that nothing wrong.But to be sure your going to have to put the front of the car on jack stand's and see if something is worn or loose in the front end.Tie rod's bearing's ball joint's etc.
