I need to know the steps needed to remove the power window motor on passenger side.I almost had it out but found the motor riveted to the lower track. Looks as though the glass needs to be removed but not sure and if so, dont know how to do this and if special tools are needed to do so. Thanks.

So your just replacing the motor? They do rivet on i always replace the whole regulator with motor. There only like 80 something for the whole thing. You will have to remove the window glass to remove the regulator. To do that just look where the glass attaches to the regulator you will see two plastic clips you just push in the plastic tabs and slide the part that attaches to the glass over then remove the glass.I have a window glass suction that is used for moving or carrying glass that works well to hold the window glass up and out of the way in the window channel. Those newer coupes can be difficult to get the window glass back in the channel. Here is the one i have i stick to the inside of glass and and suction cup rests against the inside of the door. They sell cheaper ones but i liked it since it was metal.

Taking your advise, I will be changing the whole works.I thought the window would need to be moved, and thought the clips had something to do with it.I will also be off to harbor freight for the suction cup. Thanks once again for all your help. Winter is over finally here in Pa, so Im sure youll be hearing from me again. Thanks Louie.
