having problems with my wipers. they stay on & or wont turn on [ or off ]

Check the wiper relay under the hood in the relay block. If good, then chances are the wiper switch is bad.

You need to remove the steering wheel (don't forget the air bag. the battery needs disconnected for a minimum of 20 minutes prior to working around it), to access the switch assembly.
