1999 Plymouth Voyager enclosure for timing belt

Car makes loud noise at start up, idling and a little while driving. Mechanic says could be bearings inside or water pump or something else inside and he would have to dis mantle to see what. What's a sure way to know or is this guess work?

If you r bearings iare bad there will below oil pressure. Disconnect the fan belt and start car see if the noise is gone if it is it's a belt/belteensioner pulley, alternator some thing like that.
