I have a 99 plymouth voyager and the crankshaft squeaks, how do I get it to stop squeaking cause it sounds like there is something in it. I have already changed the water pump and now it really squeaks

I was maintaining my vehicle and did the following repairs. Changed the water pump, top radiator hose, and now the crankshaft is squeaking and it sounds like there is something in it but gets louder when I spray wd40 on it. How do I get it to stop squeaking cause its really loud and annoying?

Never heard of a crankshaft squeaking. By any chance are you referring to the serpentine belt? Which engine do you have? What did you spray the WD-40 on? If it was the belt, replace the belt and while it's off, scrub all of the pulleys to remove all of the oil residue. Don't use any type of lubricant on those belts. To check if the belt is squealing, dribble a little water on the smooth backside while the engine is running. If the noise changes, check for a stuck spring-loaded tensioner pulley and for pulley misalignment.
