1999 Oldsmobile Aurora water in trunk lid

I own a 1999 aurora I have water in the trunk lid I have looked at it trying to find a way to get it out I found some plugs there but the water will not drain out of them it seems like the water is behind the lense but I dont know how to remove it as well and if I break it my wife will remove me lol thank you for your help in this matter
