SEEMS that the anti theft feature won't let it start. Cranks well, tries to run, then shuts down.

did the thing where you leave the key on 10 minutes. Anti theft light (security) stays out the whole time.

same thing. Cranks fine, will not run. Latest code is the communication with the BCM lost

pulled and anti static grease on all the left side circuit breakers and the trunk control relay. Some wetness/corrosion there. All CB's on right side and under hood are fine.

what next?

thanks

Check grounds on lh side of engine and lh side of dash for bcm checkfor short or open leading to bcm for power. It may be a bad bcm which a pro will have to program to your car you just can't switch them. Code 1632 is the theft deterrent has shut off the fuel try a different key If you have one you need a pro model scanner to see if the pcm is receiving the correct data, this also may be a bad pcm. The scanner has to be able to display the bfc(body function controller) data list. A pro seriously needs to try to fix this.
