I have a 1999 nissan sentra and I tried to drive it today but when I put it into reverse and drive the back left tire drags on the ground and does not spin. What is wrong.

Its locked-up-inspect the brake on that side-loosen the star adjuster and see what happens that's if its a drum type or the caliper piston no retracting if its a disc brake-
