Someone stole my battery yesterday out of my car. I went and got a new one and installed it but my car won't start. All my lights on my dash are solid and so are my yellow lights in the back. My radio, clock, and doors have no power. When I try to start my car, I just hear a spinning noise.

Sounds like the antitheft is activated. Do you have the key fob that unlocks the door? Do they unlock when its pushed? If no, then go to Nissan with it. If yes then check the big red cable coming off the top of the battery. Theres a nut that hold the cable on a black plastic thing on the positive battery terminal. That's the main fuse link. You may have blown that
