Engine Wont Crack

Hi, If I drive let's say an hour and Shutdown the engine and then wait for about 10 minutes and finally try start the engine but then I hear some sort of short circuit that doesn't let the starter start, I've changed the starter and brought a new battery and still the problem persists....

Please help!

Check the starter relay and wiring circuit and ignition switch. After running, the ignition switch could be heated up and not providing contact as it should due to it failing soon.
