1999 Mitsubishi Eclipse Popping noise

I am hearing a pooping noise coming from under my car. It only seems to be popping when I take off like it's popping in place. And when I come to a stop it pops about 2 seconds later like it's popping back in place again. It doesn't do it while I'm driving just those two times and when I take off and turn also. I feel like I can feel it in my gas pedal when I take off. I'm not sure but it seems worst when it's cold and not so bad when in summer

May be a loose suspension or steering part. Call a few shops in your area to see if any of them offer FREE front end inspections. If so, they may be able to locate the source without it costing you any money. Once its located you can decide if you want to do it yourself or have a shop to do the work. If you decide to do it yourself check back here if you need more assistance (or just to tell us what they found to be the problem).
