Oil in Radiator

99 Eclipse Oil pumps into the radiator. Timing belt stripped so I pulled the head and had it rebuilt. Replaced all gaskets, rebuild head, timing and accessory belts. Topped off cooling systema nd fired it off. Engine sounded good. After about 3-4 minutes I noticed it was puking water/oil out of cooling overflow bottle. WOW! That's odd! Checked with some buddies and we all agree, it's got to be the Head Gasket.

Pulled head and matched gasket to old gasket. It appears to be the same. All holes match up.

Any Idea what's going on?

When the head was off, did it get pressure tested? It may well be cracked.

In most cases, when a head is cracked won't it leak water into the crankcase? I didn't pull the drain plug, but I did look on the stick and it is bone dry. And it would have to ba a large crack to drain 4+ quarts of oil into the cooling system in 3-4 minutes?
Just a thought.
