how do I remove right rear window?

The rear quarter windows are mounted with urethane.
There are two plastic pins that aligns the mirror, and the urethane creates seal around the glass.
To remove the old glass you can use heat around the glass to loosen the sealant and use a plastic pry tool between the glass and the body of the vehicle to remove it. Just careful not to scratch the paint.

When installing the replacement glass be sure to clean the mounting surface. Use rubbing alcohol to remove any left behind grease or dirt.
