Had it hooked up to. Compt. At advance n says intake runner control. That its stuck open that open or shorted cicuit probable cause. But the main thing I'm noticing is a sound not squeeling but of that nature comming from under throttle body. Like some kind of valve stuck or something. Any idea what my problem may be

Imrc is stuck open. These are common for the clips to come off the actuators. You should have someone look at this to confirm. The parts are about 5 bucks with about.5 hours in labor

Are you talking about the clips that hold the rods on brcause they are in place. Do you think mabe the valve is bad

Ok, if the clips are good, use a hand held vacuum pump to see if they will move with vacuum applied
