99 Honda Prelude, need help please, just bought

Need help diagnosing just a few things on a 99 honda prelude. Light behind guege lights not coming on, but everything else is on, little bit of wetness on engine, and I can hear sometimes the rear suspension when I go over bumps

Repolace the bulb in the cluster. As far s the "wetness", is it oil, coolant? Check the rear sway bar bushings, strub mounts. For dry bushings that can cause the noise you hear.
