I was driving my car all of a sudden it turned off. I tried turning it on but I have no spark on the distributor, the rotor doesn't turn so I checked to see if the camshaft was not broken and it wasn't so o checked the timing belt to see if it wasn't ripped and its not and the teeth aren't worn out. The alternator and power steering pulleys turn when I crank the engine but not the timing belt. Please help me. And thanks in advance.

If the timing belt isn't turning, either the belt is fried, or one of the pulleys is. Especially if the alternator and power steering pulleys are turning when the engine is cranked over.

Most likely the crank portion of the timing belt teeth have been stripped off. The belt is bad and you need to remove the cover to check.
