1999 honday Accord acting a fool.

When I shift in gear my car vibrates and it takes a while to grab. Say im in 4th gear and I slow a little then I accelerate it vibrates like it's going to stall. I've accelerated before and it went smooth but now it's acting up

I ahve the following codes P1259 (manf control: fuel air metering) P0303 (cylinder 3 misfire) P1399 (manf control: ignition system misfire)
