Routing / Connection diagram for heater hose and such

I have to replace a heating sytem valve on my Suburban. In order to still be able to drive the truck, we by-passed the valve and hooked the lines together so they would still allow coolant to flow through the cooling system. We did this with some plastic T's and such that we already had at home. Needless to say, that was over a month ago and we can now afford the part. We tried to replace it but can't figure out the correct way to hook up all of the hoses. Any help would be great, I tried to find a diagram online and just could not find one.

One hose is bigger than the other it should be fairly easy to see that. If notmeasure it

Thanks for your help, I am still a novice in car repair.
I see that the hoses are different sized. The issue is that there are two for the front heater and 2 for the rear. These hoses are all the same size and there are also two hoses coming from the engine. Does it matter which goes where on the valve? Have I misplaced another 'T' or two? It would make sense that one from the engine is input and the other out; I just don't want to hook up the rear / front in the wrong place. Heck does it even matter? I think I need another 'T' or two.

Unfortunately there are no pictures given, but the only thing I could advise is find another truck or go to auto parts store and see if their parts book give s some detail. They shoudl be same as fronthowever and one size will be different from the other.
