Missing badly while idling 3rd plug does not change the idle speed at all but all plugs and wires are new also new mass air flow sensor and no vacum leaks either codes were for the sensor and engine misfire also all cylinders have great compression what's my next step please

I would find the corresponding cylinder that is firing at the same time as the dead cylinder and see if it would fire from a different cylinders spark source. Could be the coil pack or cap and rotor on the distributer.
