I went out to start my truck and nothing happens

I went out to start my truck and nothing happens. No sound at all. I put the battery charger on both batteries and they both indicate a full charge. I had the starter solenoid replaced about nine months ago. Could my starter be bad? Is there any way to start it if the starter is bad to get it to a mechanic?

Since you did not identify a motor, I assume it is a diesel from 2 batteries

how did you determine the battery is fully charged>>? I have never seen a charger tell you that

i think you have a bad battery. I would have them load tested
