I was driving down the highway, and lost oil pressure. before i could pull to the side my truck seized.. any help?

Other than helping you find a replacement motor or advising you on the wisdom of spending money on a rebuild or a crate motor or trying to fix what is broken, no, I can't help you. I dont make the news, I just report it.
