Either the pitman arm, drag link, steering gear, or there is a problem within the column. The only thing you can do is have someone turn the steering wheel while you look to see where the problem is located.

There Seems To Be Too Much Play In The Steering Wheel. It Has Passed Inspection And Wheels Have Been Balanced.
