have 1999 dodge durango had intake air temp.sensor replaced cause idle power was low still is low and now has no voltage do i need a new PCM

did you lose the power to it when it was changed? If so, have you checked the wiring to it? I would check continunity all the way back to the PCM before assuming the PCM is bad.
