After truck warms up, about ten miles down hig. Hway, the motor begins to skip like it wants to stop. Then goes. Continues to hesitaste like it wants to stop and evens hold me back like brakes are applief.

Start by checking for diagnostic fault codes. Cycle the ignition switch from "off" to "run" three times within five seconds, leave it in "run", then watch the code numbers show up in the odometer display.
