How do I reset my guages, they are completely backwards, also my check engine light, abs light, and parking brake light are on, and my odometer is not working, what can I do to fix this?

Before anything, have the computer scanned. It sounds like a sensor is bad or a ground is bad. Most parts stores will scan the computer for free. Have that done and let me know what you find.

Ok I have tried that and the parts store told me that they couldnt put it on the computer so I took it to a mechanic and they charged me $40 to look at it and told me they couldnt find anything, and to figure out whats wrong with it he would have to charge me another $75 inital fee then $85 an hour and it could take up to 3 hours to find out whats wrong, so needless to say im trying to passby that, but thanks so much for the help and anymore that you can thank of will be helpful.

I understand. For the gauges to act that way, either the cluster is bad, there is a ground issue. That is why I suggested it. As far as the speedo, it could be a bad vehicle speed sensor, but if the trans is still shifting properly, it is most likely okay.

I hope that explaines why I was hoping for a trouble code. It becomes a guessing game without one (when the light is on).
